Terms of use

1.    Appointment/pick-up is usually done between 10am to 6pm (Mon-Sun)

2.    Fees are non-negotiable

3.    Estimated cost may vary, the amount mentioned on the invoice will be considered the final amount due.

4.    A minimum order amount of 2,500 is required for free pick-up and delivery in Delhi, 5000 for Noida / Gurugram and 10,000 for Faridabad / Greater Noida. If the minimum order is not met, a facility fee of minimum INR 250 is charged depending on the region.

5.    Being a prepaid service, 100% advance will be required at the time of appointment.

6.    A change order (ie a change in the form of an order by the customer) will not be eligible for free any change by us

7.    A service fee of 10% of the total amount is levied on the stitch amount.
8.    Government taxes: GST as applicable - varies from 5 to 12% depending on the product type.

9.    We do not cancel free of charge after orders have been made or have been visited by a consultant.

10.  If an advisor meets you for your appointment and you decide not to place any order with us, then a fee of 250 / hr for Delhi, 500 / hr for Noida / Gurugram and 1000 / for Faridabad / Greater Noida. Hour plus government tax will be payable by you.

11.  Customers are requested to mention the design form and design signed with the Customers and preferences as per fabric design.

12.  Once your order has gone into production, no design changes have been made and the order the form has been agreed upon by you resulting in a change fee to be paid by you.

13.  Any order canceled after your appointment or fabric has been picked up by you will result in 50% advance (follow link www.tailorgarments.com/refund-policy/ for detailed description and refund)

14.  Clients are required to provide their best fit apparel similar to the apparel to find the fit you need.

15.  A slight the difference in the shading of the product of the same fabric (due to variation in die process) is possible.

16.  Since your fabric is handmade and not machine-made, the fit of two finished. garments manufactured by the same body size may vary slightly but are usually not noticeable.

17.  They will be cut or thrown away until customers request to keep them.

18.  Due to non-payment / partial payment Tailor garments customer does not keep. The clothes for more than 30 days. Any fabric pending for more than 30 days for non-payment / partial payment will be donated. Tailor Garments On Call will not be liable for any apparel donated and if given will be given in advance.

19.  No Cash Funds - Refunds are not made in the form of Credit Notes / Credit Vouchers/or Form of Tailor Garments Money: which are offered only with Tailor Garments on Call Services.

20.  A cancellation or refund is processed within 15 days from the date of   acceptance of the cancellation. 

21.  250 in case of cancellation of the order and providing clothes. An

1.    Standard delivery time is 10-12 working days. This may vary depending on different circumstances.

2.  The delivery date of an order is calculated from the date the customer makes the payment and not necessarily when the order of the date is selected.

3.  We cannot provide delivery time because the delivery date is given by 3rd party contracted logistics company.

4.  Free delivery is applicable at the first delivery attempt. Please have someone available to receive delivery in your absence. If you would like to reschedule the delivery, please call us 3 days in advance to change the delivery date.

5.  Garments not collected within one month of the delivery date will be donated to a charity organization, unless it is an informed delay in acceptance of delivery.

1.    You should contact us within 7 days from the date of issuing your order, from the date of placing your order, by sending a mail to info@tailorgarments.com or at 9811-363-647.

 2.    If the fit of your garment is not as per the specified specification, we’ll alter the garment.

 3.    We only complete 1 free change in the apparel we sew. If any change is required by the customer after 1 change, it will be chargeable.

 4.    We do not offer any refunds in any case, as we sell custom-made products. As per international law, as we cannot reuse or resell the product (the item is specifically made for the individual according to their custom design), there is no resale value, and thus we are not required to accept returns.

 5    Our service/product prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content) at any time without notice. We will not be liable to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of products or services.

 6.    Any order you place will be subject to restrictions, not just limited to product, availability and serviceable areas only.

Express Delivery

1.    Please refer to the table below for express delivery surcharge if you need your delivery sooner than our regular delivery time

2.    All orders placed with Tailor Garments Services are above the stated terms and   conditions or are accepted at the time of ordering any post.

3.   As we are Bespoke designer brands: We produce Garments upon request, so   recommend to all customers to specify all the details at the time of order placing,   which helps us to create the best fit.

4.    Any changes after production or fully developed or partially developed costumes will be at Tailor Garments sole discretion at Tailor Garments Services, and due to any financial stress in the organization or empowered to accept or reject the change Does.
