Refund Policy
1. Returns

No Refund / Exchange:
We do not accept returns or exchanges, although we do offer free fixes if the item you purchased is defective. If you find a defective item, please contact 9811-363-647 or with details of the product and defect within 7 days of the product being received.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully investigate it and notify you via e-mail / SMS / phone call, within 24-48 pm, whether you are entitled to defect-free rectification, as Tailor on All products, are sold by Call Services. Tailor Garments is designed keeping in mind order and client specification.

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Contains:
Item worn once
Changes made by none other than Tailor Garments Servings Refunds include shipping slips or handling charges shown on packaging slips or invoices. Shipping charges must be prepaid by you for all returns. You are responsible for any loss or damage to your purchase during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned goods. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Any amount refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

2. Exceptions

1. Order Cancellation - In the event of order cancellation, 50% will be deducted from the total price.

2. No cash refunds - Refunds are made in the form of credit notes / credit vouchers / or Tailor Money: which is redeemable only with Tailor Garments Services.

3. Other Refunds: Tailor is subject to the absolute discretion of Garments Services and only within 15 days by par check / online transfer or directly via source account.
